Thinking about senescence and the age related diseases that come with ageism. These age related diseases like Diabetes Type 2, Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure and even early onset of Dementia and Alzheimer’s can be prevented by a change in our lifestyle. Do follow a good daily eating plan of vegetables, fruit and proteins. Avoid refined carbohydrates, especially sugar and flour and all products containing these; and all processed foods. And include regular exercise, which does not have to be strenuous at all. A daily 30 minute brisk walk is all that is required.
