For centuries people have sought ways to slow senescence. We cannot look 30 years old when we are 60, but we can slow down the ageing process with simply committing to a healthy lifestyle. Regular exercise, good restful sleep, exercising the mind and good nutrition will slow ageism. This is not only good for a younger appearance, but also helps prevent age related diseases.Â
